Phoenician Hospice Testimonials

For excellent service in every aspect of Hospice care, Mike and I would like to say a sincere, heart-felt “Thank You” to Dr. Livi, Phil, Melissa, Josh, John, Arthur and another young lady who came yesterday to bathe Miss. Lee L. (I am sorry I forgot her name). You all have been an incredible help during this difficult time—your attentiveness, compassion, friendliness and professionalism has been such a blessing to us. Anyone who is, or will be in your care in the future will have THE very best care indeed!

God bless you all!

Warmest regards,

Mike and Jan L.

Somehow, just saying “thank you” doesn’t seem like enough. But we hope you know how much your kindness has meant to us. Thank you so much for your support and the wonderful care you gave our mom.

It is great to know the world is full of such generous people like you. We appreciate your wonderful care during our mother’s last months. There are so many wonderful people involved that we cannot name them all. A special thanks to Dr. Livi, Phil, Amanda and Perla for their loving care. Amanda was wonderful on the day of our mom’s death.

Thanks and blessings.

The Family of Mary H.

I want to take the opportunity to express my eternal gratitude for accepting my mother’s case, Dora T. Without your help, her care in the last few months would have been incredibly difficult. Our options had run out. Thanks to you she got to spend her final days at her house.

I also want to express my gratitude to your staff. Phil, Diane, Lisa, and Father Joseph T. Everyone showed so much love and affection for my mother, also a lot of patience with me. A very extraordinary group and very professional.

Once again, thank you to all for so much.

I just wanted to say how happy we are with your service and those that make it happen at the ground level. Josh, Phil, and James are awesome people and my parents are being handled with kid gloves, which we appreciate so very much. From the first day at Kingswood, I believed in Phil and understood what his intent was; and that was to care for those that need that boost in the shower, that need a friend to speak to them as to why they are there, a small laugh and taking him out to the backyard for a smoke.

Teri and her sister, Jerri Ann, would like to express their gratitude for the personalized attention that the staff provided not only for their mother, but the whole family as well. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the family was kept up to date on the patient's condition and made the family feel beyond comfortable. Warrens prayer helped ease a hard moment. Teri wanted to make sure the team was recognized for their passion and dedication. None of the staff made the family feel like it was just a job.
